I called and was told that I would receive a call back within the week for a appointment. Almost a month has gone by no response. Also I call repeatedly and NO one answers anymore and there isn't a voicemail option
I have always gotten the impression that they truly care about those who come to them looking for help.
The staff, Ms. Della and Danielle, are absolutely fantastic. I have never felt like a burden, nor have they ever made me feel badly about my addiction. In fact it's just the opposite. These ladies do everything they can to lift up their patients and offer support for those who are looking to turn their lives around and follow a better path.
I recommend New Life to anyone who is looking to finally beat their addiction and better their lives.
